When the Bluebonnet Blossoms

When the Bluebonnet blossoms the prairies and the Indian Paintbrush fires the
country roads; the Magnolias fill the air with their sweet-scented redolence while the towering hardwoods flourish green and all of nature springs refreshed then, we too, skip lively unencumbered by winter’s woes, renewed by hope and promise.

The season of restoration recalls Christ risen.

Just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may have new life. Romans 6:4

Let us rejoice then in springtime’s reminder that the soul filled by the spirit is life and peace.

If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who lives in you. Romans 8:11
