“POP” WALKER is a life-long Methodist who yearns to put God first in his life. He and Vicki have been married for 53 years; they have two children, a daughter-in-law, son-in-law and four grandchildren. The family fails to spend enough time on their Navasota Ranch. His stallion, Flying Dust, gallops away from him at every approach so Pop is confined to wearing his spurs to the Lynn Grove Methodist Church. He is an expert sleep fisher; the fish never bite so he has long summer naps deep within the billowing Johnson Grass, underneath the shade of the towering branches of a water oak.

My Mission

To bring encouragement, optimism and hope to all I meet. Specifically I’d like to make you laugh a little, think some, appreciate more, and, perhaps, on rare occasions, shed a tear or two.

I want you to know that Life Works.
