My friend, Chad Thompson MD, often posts observations well worth repeating. They are so good, I pass them on in this blog. Here’s another beautifully written reminder:
We were heading out to ski this morning at Snowshoe, WV. While waiting on the elevator I heard a door open and family with a little girl coming also. We found later this little girl, probably only 4 or so, had had her very first lesson on skis yesterday. As they walked out their door I heard her excitedly say, “I wonder what I’ll get to learn today?”. As she rounded the corner with her parents and we all got on the elevator I told her I wanted to start every day from now on with that same question asked with the same sense of excited anticipation and wonder. Another priceless life lesson from a young one when going skiing. Maybe we could all pray that each morning.
Chad have you ever thought of starting your own blog.
